$20,000 in savings...
I want to thank you for the incredible service you have rendered our company this past year. At a time of rapidly escalating home prices, we have not listed our homes with brokers in order to pass on the approximately $20,000 in savings on real estate commissions on the average-priced home to our customers. This approach has allowed us to continue to offer homes at a price that is consistently below the market average. However, your reasonable commission structure has made it possible for us to once again list on [our local board's MLS® system] at a price that does not affect our competitive advantage over other builders.
